I have found that I get the most out of my regular tapping practice when I am working towards a clear set of goals. There are many different ways to write goals, but over time I have created a very specific process which combines looking at what we want and why we want it. Please take the time to create a clear goal list. If you need some help in doing this refer to my step-by-step process and worksheet at the links below.
