    I have found that tapping along to your audios is SO much more effective than reading myself and tapping.

    I assume this is different from assessing and applying a SUD’s level and working until it has a zero charge. When I started with this week’s tool of forgiveness, I had LOTS of pain around a couple memories that came up. Do I stop and tap on each of the other aspects/memories as they occur or simply read and tap through the script or audio several times a day as you recommend?

      Eileen,

      There is lots of ways you could do it. You could tap you get to zero on the charge OR you could tap on the script a number times a day OR both.

      Also, if a specific moment or memory comes up you can stop the tool and just tap for that memory.
