Feels good to realize I’m not the only one who felt “guilty” for not tapping to every tap-along.
Also because I often tap to “old ones” which sound particularly tailor-made for me ;)
It’s great to get the teacher’s approval !!

Your suggestion is to tap on the points/order of points that ‘make the most sense’ to us. Many times you will instruct us to tap the Eye Brow point. Can you explain what types of affirmations, emotions, etc., you connect with that point?

I start with the eyebrow point as a starting point and I don’t stay on that point. I think move from point to point from there.

Thank you! I do feel overwhelmed sometimes and then guilt sets in when I don’t use all the tools at my disposal. So thanks for pointing that out.
