This brings up an issue for me:
How do you tap in public?
Meals are so often shared with other people and at this stage I am not confident to tap in public.
Do you have any tips?
Thanks very much.

Two thoughts Sue:
1) You can use the finger points and the side of the hand. This can easily be done under the table out of sight.
2) You don’t have to do it every time you eat.

This is a super tool to have and valuable to me.
I have digestive issues and I am using it to calm and relax myself before eating.
The process & script are printed and on my table reminding me to tap and enjoy.
Thank-you.

Absolutely LOVE this process, I too often deal with digestive upset, I did it once and already feel better. Never thought to do tapping like that for food! In gratitude
