For those, like me, who like the script: At the beginning . . . There are just so many steps . . . There are so many things that need to be done . . . That it feels like way too much . . . That it feels completely impossible . . . And if I had to do all of this right now . . . And if I had to do all of this at once . . . There would be absolutely no way that I could be successful . . . But I recognize the fact . . . That not only can I not do it all right now . . . It wouldn’t be good for me to do it all right now . . . I need to take each step one at a time . . . And by taking each step one at a time . . . I am going to be able to give every step the attention it needs . . . I am going to be able to move forward in an easy way . . . It’s really easy to overestimate how much work I can get done in one day . . . And it’s really easy to underestimate how much work I can get done in five days . . . It’s easy to overestimate how much I can get done in one week . . . And it’s easy to underestimate how much I can get done in one month . . . If I take deliberate action . . . And simply do this one little bit at a time . . . I am going to consistently move forward . . . I am going to consistently make progress . . . I am going to gain a great deal of momentum . . . And as I move forward . . . Everything is going to get done . . . I don’t have to do this all at once . . . I don’t have to do this all right now . . . I only have to do a little right now . . . And if I consistently do a little . . . I will move forward much faster . . . Than I could anticipate . . . I can’t do it all at once . . . I don’t need to do it all at once . . . Little by little will make the difference . . .
